Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Finnessa Advisory Private Limited handles information when you visit this website, contact us, or submit a loan assistance enquiry.

Important form safety

Our website is intended only for an initial enquiry. Do not enter Aadhaar or PAN numbers, bank-account or card details, passwords, OTPs, statements, or document contents in the form. The website does not provide a document-upload facility.

1. Scope and who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the website at https://finnessa.comand to information received through the website enquiry form, phone, WhatsApp, or email. It does not govern the independent privacy practices of a bank, non-banking financial company, lender, WhatsApp, map provider, analytics provider, or another third-party service.

Finnessa Advisory Private Limited, operating under the brand FINNESSA, is a loan advisory and assistance company serving customers across India. We are not a lender and do not approve or disburse loans.

2. Information we collect

Enquiry information

When you submit the form, we receive your full name, mobile number, email address, city, requested loan type and amount, employment type, approximate monthly income, optional message, and contact consent. A hidden website field is used only as a spam honeypot; submissions that populate it may be discarded without being delivered.

Direct communications

If you call, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to provide and the communication details needed to respond. WhatsApp links generated after a successful form submission include only your name, loan type, and requested amount; income and free-text form messages are not placed in that URL.

Technical information

Our hosting, security, and analytics services may receive limited technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, timestamps, requested URLs, and diagnostic or security logs. The precise data depends on the services enabled at the time of your visit.

3. How we use information

We use information only for reasonable business, service, safety, and legal purposes, including to:

  • review and respond to your loan assistance enquiry
  • contact you by phone, email, or WhatsApp as requested or consented
  • understand the broad requirement and discuss possible next steps
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website
  • detect spam, abuse, fraud, or harmful activity
  • maintain appropriate service and communication records
  • meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
  • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where necessary

Submission of an enquiry does not itself constitute a formal loan application, authorize a credit-bureau enquiry, or guarantee that any lender will offer or approve a loan.

4. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website and communicate with you, subject to their terms and appropriate operational safeguards.

  • Email delivery: when configured, form details are sent to our designated business inbox using Resend, an email-delivery provider.
  • Hosting and security: infrastructure providers may process technical logs and website requests to host, protect, and maintain the service.
  • Communications: phone, email, WhatsApp, and map providers process information when you choose to use their services.
  • Lenders: the initial website enquiry is not automatically distributed to lenders. If you decide to proceed, relevant information may later be shared with selected banks or financial institutions with your knowledge, at your direction, or as needed to provide the assistance you request.
  • Legal necessity: we may disclose information when reasonably required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.

Some service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country. Their own privacy terms govern their independent processing.

5. Cookies and optional analytics

The site can be configured to use Google Analytics, Google Ads measurement, and Meta Pixel. These integrations are optional and load only when their relevant environment settings are enabled. Google Analytics is configured to request IP anonymisation, but Google, Meta, and related providers may still use cookies, pixels, device information, or similar identifiers under their own policies.

You can restrict cookies or tracking through browser settings, device controls, or provider opt-out tools. Doing so may affect measurement features but should not prevent you from reading the core website or contacting us directly.

6. Retention and security

We retain enquiry and communication records only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested assistance, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Copies may remain for a limited period in protected backups or service-provider systems.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures suited to the nature of this website. No internet transmission, inbox, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use the form only for the limited initial information requested.

Our services are intended for adults seeking financial-service assistance. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through the enquiry form.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and necessary record-retention requirements, you may ask us to provide information about the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate details, delete information that is no longer required, or stop future promotional or enquiry follow-up communications.

You may withdraw contact consent at any time by emailing us or telling the advisor who contacts you. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may limit our ability to continue the assistance you requested. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a privacy request.

This policy may be updated to reflect service, provider, or legal changes. The revised date at the top indicates the latest posted version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate website notice where reasonably necessary.
